Prompt: Twice a year we adjust our clocks for daylight saving time, but the change can affect our sleep, energy, and daily routines. Now that we have sprung forward; reflect on how this time change impacts you personally. Do you find it easy or difficult to adjust your schedule? Explain how the time change affects your mood, productivity, or daily habits.

When we spring forward, it is hard to adjust my schedule because I lose an hour of sleep and feel very tired. Since it stays light outside much later, I want to keep playing instead of going to bed on time. This change affects my mood by making me feel a bit grumpy and less productive during the first few days of school.

Summary: In class today we read chapter 6 individually.

Reflection: I finished reading chapter 6 of "Into The Wild."

Write about something that you wish you had more of.

Everyone has burning questions about life. Mysteries we wonder about but don’t always have clear answers for. Think about your biggest questions about existence, purpose, or the world around you. Write a blog post where you share at least two of your most burning questions about life and explain why these questions matter to you.

Reflect on a time when you paused to appreciate the beauty of nature, much like the speaker in “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.” Where were you, what did you notice, and how did that moment of stillness make you feel or change your perspective?
