Prompt: Chris chooses independence over relationships. When have you chosen to be on your own instead of relying on others? What happened, and would you make the same choice again?

I have a tendency to be independent when completing my schoolwork. For example like yesterday when I was completing my periodic table assignment and I was struggling because I wasn't there in class that day instead of asking my friends or family to help me I was able to go and find videos online to help me understand the material. Then I was able to understand the practice problems so I wouldn't fall behind in the class. Yes I would make the same choice again because it helps me become a better student.

Summary: In class we read chapter 10 of "Into the Wild."

Reflection: I am going to finish reading the book.

Write about something that you wish you had more of.

Everyone has burning questions about life. Mysteries we wonder about but don’t always have clear answers for. Think about your biggest questions about existence, purpose, or the world around you. Write a blog post where you share at least two of your most burning questions about life and explain why these questions matter to you.

Reflect on a time when you paused to appreciate the beauty of nature, much like the speaker in “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.” Where were you, what did you notice, and how did that moment of stillness make you feel or change your perspective?
