Prompt: Chris and his sister Carine McCandless had a very close relationship, even when he struggled to connect with others. Write about a relationship in your life where you feel truly understood. Explain what makes that relationship strong and how it compares to the connection between Chris and Carine in Into the Wild.

No one really makes me feel understood. The only relationship that I feel understood, is my relationship with Jesus. What makes my relationship strong with Jesus is how I talk and pray with him everyday. Nothing really compares to my relationship with him but the connection we have compared to Chris and Carine is sympathetic and personal.

Summary: In class we read chapter 13 of "Into the Wild," and answered questions.

Reflection: I finished the questions that were over chapter 13.

Write about something that you wish you had more of.

Everyone has burning questions about life. Mysteries we wonder about but don’t always have clear answers for. Think about your biggest questions about existence, purpose, or the world around you. Write a blog post where you share at least two of your most burning questions about life and explain why these questions matter to you.

Reflect on a time when you paused to appreciate the beauty of nature, much like the speaker in “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.” Where were you, what did you notice, and how did that moment of stillness make you feel or change your perspective?
