Prompt: In 2–3 well-developed sentences, reflect on how you spent your Holiday Break. Then, identify four personal you would like to achieve this year and briefly explain why each goal is important to you (Copy and paste your completed response from Writable into your blog).

I spent my holiday break going out most of the time but also staying home relaxing. I went out to eat with my family, like the mall, the park, all sorts of places. I also spent time at home doing my hobbies that I like doing like drawing, painting, and journaling.

My first goal that I plan to achieve is to improve my time on studying. This goal is important because I want to improve my grades and have time to study. I want to memorize all my learning targets and improve my mindset. To achieve this goal I plan to set a timer for the amount of the time I have studied and will study. I will use flashcards and other resources to help me memorize lessons. I hope to achieve this goal by the end of this week to study better until I graduate 11th grade.

My second goal is to limit screen time. This goal is important because I want to spend my time wisley on othet things rather than just scrolling. I want to limit the time low as possible to create good habits. To achieve this goal I plan to set a timer on my phone on the app I use the most to limit the number of hours. I will also try to keep myself busy from picking up my phone. I hope to achieve this goal as soon as possible when I have time.

My third goal is to keep pushing myself to do better. This goal is important because I can do the easy and make my way through things, but I want to be better. I want to push myself to the hardest and do things I haven't tried. To achieve this goal I will try doing things I haven't done before seeing if I can do it and make my future worth fighting for. I hope to achieve this goal by the end of this month.

My fourth goal is to spend time readingThis goal is important to me because I like reading and when I was small, I used to read a lot, graphic novels, chapter books, and even audiobooks. Now I have no time for that, and I want to hop back into my imagination of reading to explore new words and new stories. To achieve this goal, I will pick up a book that interests me the most and start reading at least a chapter to see what I'm getting into. I won't switch books until I have finished reading one book and spend my time wisely enjoying my own company.  I hope to achieve this goal by the end of this week, as of the week just started.
